This resource is a guide to introducing youths to local church positions and ministries. Leaders should expand on the purpose and activities of their respective ministry and encourage youths to explore and serve within their ministry. A lot of times our youth are not aware of the behind the scenes of each ministry.

We will be diving deeper into Biblical stories and interactive lessons for identifying their call, its importance, equipping them for their calling, identifying challenges they will face in answering their call and functioning/maintaining their calling. We have Topics in each Category; How to identify your Calling and understand its importance, Resources to equip you for your calling, Challenges faced in your Calling, Functioning/Maintaining in your calling.

How To Apply For A Job (Set for the Region of Trinidad and Tobago but can be edited). This lesson teaches youths how to apply for a job, navigate interviews, the reality of job hunting, how to behave once accepted. It most importantly highlights what God says about working and what He expects of us as Christians in the workplace.

This was for a Mentorship Program that can run alongside any series. It educates both mentors and mentees on what is expected of them and the benefits to both sides. It is based in Biblical principles.

How To Know Your Worth. This lesson is very interactive and can be done online or in person. It serves to remind youths of their value and what God's word says about individual worth.
